The oil message
Expanding Norwegian oil and gas activities toward the remote Northern regions is clearly the message from the Norwegian Oil and Energy Minister. Mr. Ola Borten Moe, who is in charge of this post, stresses his point of moving northwards in the recent interview with the Arctic Frontiers Newspaper (20th January, 2012).
